All products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

As our press-on nails are handmade and custom-sized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed.

Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order. For custom sizing, kindly follow the measurement instructions carefully.

In case of a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video for assistance. Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.
